UK bills:

water = measured and billed in cubic metres

electricity = measured and billed in kWh

gas = measured in cubic metres, billed in kWh
(some UK gas meters measure in cubic feet, but these are being removed and
replaced with metric ones as they wear out)

Netherlands:
Is gas measured *and* billed in cubic metres?

Australia:
It is interesting to note that gas uses different units to electricity.

USA:
Does anybody have metric units for gas, either on the meter or on the bill?
