Dear Terry, Han, and All,

Our water, here in Geelong, is measured in litres and billed in kilolitres
or megalitre. I think that this is also true for most other areas in
Australia.

This means that:

our electricity is measured with a 'kilowatt hour meter' and billed in kWh
Note: What does a 'kilowatt hour meter' measure: revolutions?
our gas is measured in cubic metres and billed in megajoules
our water is measured in litres and billed in kilolitres and megalitres

Cheers,

Pat Naughtin LCAMS
