The above assertions contradict statements in the BIPM Brochure.

For example, on Page 92 of the Brochure is the statement: "It is important
to emphasize that each physical quantity has only one SI unit, ..."

The BIPM Brochure, strictly based on resolutions of the CGPM, is the
official document on the SI; not SI 10.

SI 10 misrepresents the meaning of "SI Units" and "multiples and
submultiples of SI Units" as presently defined by the CGPM and BIPM
and understood internationally, except by readers of SI 10.
