Hello could anyone please tell me how much metric Mexico uses?  Do they use both imperial and metric?  What about the rest of Latin America?  About the Chevy Malibu was that an 03 or an 04?  In Canada all cars have K M's on the outer circle of the spedo with Mph on the inner.  It would be interesting to know if the same car in Canada has no miles per hour.  When goods are shipped to Mexico from the States do they have both metric and imperial on the goods?  Thanks for everybody's help, I really apreciate it very much.
