I hope that Ireland will be more metric-literate than Ben Lowry as 
reported in the Belfast Telegraph quoted by Nat Hager III in USMA 271751
"The proposals to increase the limit from 70mph to 74.56mph (120kmh) 
are
likely to become law late next year."


120kmh?  Could that be 120 kilomtre-hour?  I suspect he meant      120 
km/h.
