The .info top level domain seems to be sanctioned by ICANN: http://www.icann.org/tlds/. It is relatively new, though.
By the way, if someone knows how to make a PDF version of the Word document ruler that I have on my site, that would be helpful. I made a PDF, but the scale was off when I printed it. I will double-check that the Word version of the ruler is accurate tomorrow.
