I contacted someone in our Albany Main Office for clarification, you can read below
but it sounds good. If I hear any action on the legislative front I will let you know
(some of you have a better ear to the ground than I do and might hear before me).

Response from MO:

The Department has not wavered from it's position that we will be metric. I
attended the last AGC-DOT meeting that is referred to, I don't recall the Department's
response being any different than in the past - we are metric and we plan to stay that
way (of course, the Department may not have final say...as in some other states, the
DOT's were legislated back to English). I am unaware of any "task-force" that has
been created to discuss going back to English units. The Department and AGC agreed to
reach out to their members/employees what current practices are regarding use of
metric and how comfortable workers are with the metric system.
