That's easy to track.  Go to the following link and type "metric", or
"english", or "dot", or anything else you can imagine, and see if
anything comes up.

Remember, they can't slip a bill though without publicizing here, that's
a violation of sunshine laws.

Response from MO:

  The Department has not wavered from it's position that we will be
metric.  I attended the last AGC-DOT meeting that is referred to, I
don't recall the Department's response being any different than in the
past - we are metric and we plan to stay that way (of course, the
Department may not have final say...as in some other states, the DOT's
were legislated back to English).  I am unaware of any "task-force" that
has been created to discuss going back to English units.  The Department
and AGC agreed to reach out to their members/employees what current
practices are regarding use of metric and how comfortable workers are
with the metric system.
