Nowhere. BIPM is not concerned with the pronunciation or spelling of units, It only specifies the spelling of the unit symbols. In Spanish we find the unit names "kilogramo" and "milimetro". In Italian they are "chilogramma" and "millimetro". I regret that I have been unable to coax my computer to put proper accents on the vowels that need them.
