[USMA:28405] Scam?

I have received a significant number of "undelivered mail" messages, 
all with mysterious techno-gibberish, and none of which bore any 
resemblance to any email I had sent out. Each had a single attachment. 
To me that seems suspicious.

Is this some sort of a scam or spam or hacker attempt to deposit a 
virus in our system? Is it possible this is coming from the USMA 
ListServer? Have other subscribers to the USMA list received similar 
messages, or is it just me?
