OK!  This is great news, but will that mean that the UK authorities will now
crack down on those breaking the law?   We were told that the authorities
will not crack down until all of the court cases are settled. Since this
decision now settles all of the cases, the authorities should now start
prosecuting.  Nothing less would be fair.
