Hello i want to say that i agree with the postings
about the metric foot. It would not make much sence to teach that a meter
is 100 cm and then say a foot is 30 cms. After i sent the posting i
realize that in my heart i want to see metric all the way. I think of how
successful kilometers came in to Canada there were no mile signs so kilometers
became part of the canadian drivers vocabulary very quickly. thanks John
