There are reasons TO use Outlook/Express, e.g., I know of a CRM program that integrates tightly with Outlook, and if you used another email program you would loose a lot of the CRM functionality.


Yes, unfortuantely there is no choice but there is a option arising from the horizon, Mozilla's calendar plug-in.


Eudora is available in free or paid versions: www.eudora.com.


I prefer Mozilla, Thunderbird: free, easy, no clutter and best yet a lot of extentions and user support available.
