Yesterday there has been a TABD meeting in Ireland. A paper of 16 pages has been presented, which proposed the removal of all trade barriers between the EU and the USA. I hope that the paper will be put on their site. I wonder if the directive on units will figure in this paper. I fear that they will demand another delay to 2020.
