At least the article is not anti-metric, but rather offers a balanced
view and makes a good point in saying that by switching all the speed
limits to metric, it gives the govt there a chance to review all speed
limits such as ridiculously high limits outside schools, so that the 60
mph limit outside a school would not become 100 km/h but hopefully
something like 40 to 60 km/h.
