Hello that's to bad about Main.  The BWMA would love to hear that.  I don't know how it's done up here in Canada but all road construction from the federal level of government to city is all metric.  There must be private contractors providing materials to the prodjects some how they have worked things out.  I have another question if the US dairy industry changed the 1 gallon milk containers to 3.8 l is there enough room in the container to add the extra 20 ml of milk? When the Canadian dairy industry changed from gallons to liters they had to completely change the size of both the gallon jug and the quart container.
