Just for the record, I total size is of concern to me. I would prefer it if people were kind enough to remove large sections of irrelevant material, remove content-free attachments, keep signatures down to 4 lines, and only included html code where there is something other than a text message. It is not a big deal, but there are a few cases where it is frustrating.
