That is nonsense. Pi is a mathematical constant and has been calculated to millions of digits. There's even an algorithm that can be used to calculate any digit (in hex) of pi without calculating all the previous digits. Pi is irrational, which means its decimal (or any other base) representation doesn't repeat. It's also transcendental, which means you can't find a rational square equal in area to a rational circle, or a rational cube equal in volume to a rational sphere, or so on.
