Here is a copy of the letter I sent on the feedback section of their
website:

Since there was a 750 character limit, I had to keep it brief and to the
point. Hopefully the last statement plants a seed in the head of the
marketers that (at least some members) of the coveted 18-40 demographic (who
still have most of their teeth � and care enough to provide feedback) will
associate metric measures with �new�, �improved�, �cutting edge� -
perceptions consistent with a lot of successful marketing strategies and
things labeled in US customary units as �old�, �stale�, and �outdated�.
