Why do you say that it is lawfully correct to deface someone else's private property?


*I* didn't say that.
I said the law said that.
I think there is an item on it on the main BWMA site somewhere. I never studied law so I don't want to make any misleading comments through my own ignorance on the technicalities of legal syntax etc (eg "illegal" versus "unlawful") We get enough of that on the BWMA forums and it can get a little tiring! ;-)

Interesting thread, on the network54 forum, which clearly shows the intent of Tony Bennett to deliberately promote the destruction/defacing of private property!

Why is this man not in prison, or at least banned from the Internet?
