If he just adds 355 mL to his 12 oz bottle, it won't do any good, but I don't think it will do any harm, because no one (except members of this list) will really notice.
They can't "add" the 355 mL designation to the label because 355 mL is ALREADY on the label. Several others of you seem to have missed that, too.
To check out the label, go to their web site at:
www.drinkcelsius.com
then click on "Press Room" and
then click on "Image Gallery" and
then click on "Celsius Cola Bottle" (or "Celsius - 3 Flavors")
This will get you a BIG picture of one (or three bottles), so big that you will need to scroll across and down to find the bottle(s) in the picture. Once found, it is easy to scroll ALL the way to the bottom of the bottle(s) to see the statement of net contents: "12 FL OZ (355 mL)".
