It is true that this phrase does not include "kilo". That may be harmless since kilo is so widely known, but if one wants a phrase the recalls ALL the prefixes for multiples in SI, one can simply add "Kindly" before Megan to get:

Kindly Megan's gigantic terrapin perturbs exactly (a) zillion yachts.

 (Of course "Killer Megan ..." would give a closer association to "kilo" for the first prefix, but "Kindly" makes for a more friendly phrase.) There are of course other possibilities, but it makes little difference which one you choose.
