Sorry - I made a typo. This was (painfully obviously) meant to read:"It's not exactly new news - but they've changed the road speeds to km/h, Steve!"('they' being the (Republic) Irish)
Ok fine - but if we are going to be sarcastic then I would have to say that with your track record a "typo" wasn't the first explanation that sprang to mind, however "painfully obvious" it would have been with anyone else.
