        It seems able to do so. I know that I have given it dimensions to the 
nearest "non-round" millimeter and it did not balk. For example, I can 
specify wall thicknesses as 123 mm, 124 mm, 129 mm, or whatever my 
imagination devises.

        When laying out exterior wall lengths, the values seem to increment in 
multiples of 25 mm if drawn with mouse or arrow keys, but I think that 
those can then be tweaked to the nearest millimeter. I haven't tried 
that part yet. Perhaps you can try the free demo out and see what you 
think.
