Ms. Baker,

May it be said again that, as Maine goes, so goes the nation!

I am posting your kind note to the USMA ListServer for the "metrication community" to read.

We at USMA are delighted to be of assistance to you. Please contact me if there is anything else we can provide.

SI-ncerely,

Hi, Paul,
Thanks so much for the information on metric week and your organization.
I did several activities with my students, both during the metric week and
on metric day, and some were similar to what I looked at using your
resources. I do strive to make my students metric literate. It was
interesting to hear students, after doing a scavenger hunt, make comments
like, "Why isn't this our system all the time?" "It's so easy!" Exactly!

As a classroom teacher, I definitely appreciate your support and
resources! Thanks again!

Mathly,
Marshalyn
