I noticed in our department breakroom 2 cleaning products, Joy "375 mL 12.6 FL OZ" and Squeak'n Clean "382 ml / 12.5 fl. oz.". Interesting that both products are labeld SI first. Even more interesting is that the Joy has less ml but more fl oz. I didn't think that was possible, but I guess the FPLA is even more powerful that I believed!
It appears that the Joy is metric sized, with a decent USC conversion. I'm not sure about the Squeak'n Clean. I don't know the FPLA regs well enough to know what's acceptable. My best guess is that it's really a 382 ml bottle, converted to USC rounding down to the nearest 1/2 oz. Yet another reason to support metric only labeling.
