My guess is that the squeak'n clean bottle is either a rounded 12.5
ounces with a metric misprint or a 370 ml with an ounce misprint. 
Assuming they didn't make a mistake then the contents would have to meet
or exceed the largest given.  Since the measurements aren't equivalent
it must legally meet or exceed the largest given size (12.5 oz.).  NIST
requires this though some products slip under the radar and could be
giving a short measure.
