Great presentation. I really enjoyed seeing Pat speak, finally having a
chance to meet the man who is a bit of a celebrity among us. Pat drove home
a number of good points, with some excellent examples of how social pressure
can affect the usage of metric. It was a pleasure to be able to talk to Pat
and Stephen. All well worth the drive from the US.

I was able to attend Pat's presentation last night at the University of
Toronto. I wish that there had been more attendees, but it was a Friday
night, during our short Canadian summer, so I can understand why some people
might have had other activities that they wanted to do.

Remek was also there, and it nice to put a face to the name.

It still was a nice presentation about what Australia did right in
metricating, and how they did it.

Thanks Pat.
