Wine & liquor (not beer) are bottled, labeled and sold in metric quantities by law. I don't know of the law extends to advertising differently.

Without taking the time to read the law, does anyone know:

Does the present law require liqueur stores to "Advertise" in metric
only labels for spirits and wines or does the law allow advertisement in
English only units? We have one liqueur store that converts and
advertise in English. Several of us have written letters had have had no
response. Perhaps if what they are doing is illegal we can take it to
the next level or at least write them back stating the law and convince
them to change on that basis.
