I'd give it a grade of "D+".

The contents was clearly labeled in millilitres only and the VOC rating (whatever that is) is given clearly in grams per litre,

   ... BUT ...

the strength (which is labeled "PSI STRENGTH") is given in "lbs. per sq. in." and the working temperature range is given in degrees Fahrenheit. (Also drying time in minutes and handling time in hours in hours.)

Two small good points and a couple significant poor ones (and a couple not so significant poor ones).
