A non-committal canned reply, as one would expect. I'm not surprised (or
disappointed, either), as they must get a huge amount of email on a daily
basis (which is probably unseen by human eyes). 
 
If you want them to take notice, you need to send regular snail mail to
their president. However, as you and Paul seem to be the only two here to
take offense at the ad (or at least the only two to say so), in the belief
that it's anti-metric, I'm not sure how much support you can expect.
 
As P&G appears to have been a fairly reliable ally with respect to SI, I
very much doubt that their MarCom people saw the ad as anti-metric.
