Dear All,
In February this year the Australian Government issued an interim
report on Climate Change in Australia and requested input from
Australian organisations and Australian citizens.
I closely read the report called 'Garnaut Climate Change Review
Interim Report – February 2008' that I downloaded from: http://
www.garnautreview.org.au/CA25734E0016A131/pages/reports-and-papers
and then wrote a detailed response focusing on the way the greenhouse
effect, global warming, and climate change should be considered
keeping in mind an honest, open, and accurate measurement regime
using only SI metric units for measuring the physical quantities of
energy and power.

Report' go to: http://www.garnautreview.org.au/CA25734E0016A131/pages/

I am sending you these references as my contribution is largely about
how the greenhouse effect, global warming, and climate change would
be measured using SI metric units — only — with a clear benefit to
all who might like to discuss these critically important issues at
any time in the future.
Cheers,
Pat Naughtin
