Yes, I'm sure. I measured the new jug size to ensure that it would hold 4
L. I also measured the circumference. The jug now is filled only with a
gallon of milk because of legal restrictions. I marked on the outside of
the jug in the Metric Today photo to show the difference. See the Metric
Today article; it's on the front page of the 2007 May/June issue.

Are you sure that's a 4 L jug and not a 3 L jug, Stan? A 4 L jug would
hold more than a gallon of milk, which should be expected to raise the
price, rather than lowering it.
