The market, unfortunately, cannot stop numpties racking up oodles of debt on a 
wallet full of credit cards - for example.But -ahem- I get your drift  ;-)I 
know this is not the forum for this but I often wonder whether most of this 
'crisis' is based upon 'talking it up' - seems it's almost fashionable to panic 
about something to do with the economy.The only place it's hit me is regarding 
lower interest rates on savings accounts - hardly a crisis.  Having said that - 
maybe I have an 'old fashioned view' regarding credit and credit cards - ie, 
you pay them off at the end of each month and the only thing you owe money on 
is the mortgage.Big shame about Woolworths though....Sorry - way off topic....>
