Apart from the risks involved in annoying customers and potential customers
(who will walk if you cheat them) my belief is actually that both imperial and
metric should be shown.

My thoughts on pre-packed stuff are somewhat more relaxed - because I only know
of one person in the world who buys packed stuff based solely on the measure
inside it. Most people will buy a 'large', 'small', 'medium' pack of Corn
Flakes for example. I can't walk into Tesco and demand 4 ounces or 200 grammes
of Cornflakes, although I suppose I could go in there with a pair of scissors
and use their own scale :-D

But, yes I believe in a diverse Europe, not a straight jacketed grey one - and
I'd support, for example, something that marks out Italy as being 'different'
should that 'difference' come under attack where no problems or issues ever
existed in Italy *because* of that difference in the past.

Try not to allow Jon Schweisthall or Lee Roberts (The Jez & Ken show) to
influence you with their stalking/hero worship attitudes towards me.
