I think Iraq may be for the US troops stationed there. Do you know if the shipments to Hong Kong are in packages or bulk? They may ship bulk to Hong Kong then it is packaged there for the local and near local market in metric sizes.
What exactly are these farm products they sell? Can you post a web link? Since you already got a snooty remark back from someone it wouldn't hurt to write back and tell them you are confused by English pounds and will buy from someone else. The company is headquartered in Missouri, consists of farms in Missouri, Illinois, and South Carolina, and ships to the US, Bermuda, Iraq, and Hong Kong. Why Iraq and Hong Kong, but nowhere else near, I don't know. It doesn't have a parent company as far as I can tell. I haven't bought yet, but will next month. Pierre
