The length of the year and lunar cycle change slowly over time, so finding a
"perfect" calendar is a lost cause. I think it is better to find one with
convenient adjustments, and, frankly, we already have it.

Except for century years, every fourth year is a leapyear and completely
predictable. (and for Americans, the year we hold Presidential elections)

The century year rule can be tweaked and most humans will only encounter one in
a lifetime (at least at an age where they would care). Perhaps before
2400/2500 rolls around, we should consider changing from a 400 year rule to a
500 year rule. It is about time to consider as 365.242 is a better
approximation than 365.2425. If we switch then, we are covered to about the
year 8000 or 8500 at current rate predictions (debatable). The idea of ONLY
tweaking century year rules works until the year is less than 365.24 days (year
35000???).

Sirs:
Ever since man started his probe Cryl G. Hopkins (1910) to devise Leap Weeks as
replacement to Leap Days, NEVER did a divide six(6) plan succeed to insert a
Leap Week.
My investigations have led me to conclude, the combination of 896-yrs/159 LWks
& 834-yrs/148 LWks to build to what I call 'smallest' lunisolar cycle of
1730-yrs/21397 lunation (631869 days/90267 weeks) that assure: Mean Year
=7*(52+1/6+56/5190)=365.242196531 8 days (365d 5h 48m 45s.78) and Mean Lunation
=29.5307286068 days (29d 12h 44m 14s.95). Adjustment of THREE 'lunar
Tithi/phases' at 7132th, 14265th and 21397th lunation can align solar & lunar
cycle.
1730-year cycle is (13*128)+(6*11)-years to fit in Era start at *YEAR 0000"
counted from [(Y2000 - 80)+/- 128] i.e. 15*128 from Y1920/21 (midnight).
My other inputs can be examined at: http://www.brijvij.com/ and my life &
struggles can be seen at: http://www.brijvij.com/bbv_vip-brief.pdf
I take liberty to attach a file of my calendar format that assures FOUR equal
quarters of 91 days (13 weeks) each by simply shifting ONE day (July 31st) in
the month February as February 29th. December 31st to cater for Leap Weeks (on
Divide six(6) Rule) is kept outside of calendar format with 13th NEVER A FRIDAY.
