Since the thread thicknesses are actually measured in millimeters, why not simply post an image of a millimeter ruler on your page to offer a sense of the different thicknesses of string? Congress declared in 1988 that the metric system is the preferred system of measurement for U.S. trade and commerce. We at USMA support U.S. changeover to the metric system as the Nation's sole system of measurement. Your page suggests that this might be good trend to follow. .
