Time current from currently known norms & values would have looked 'topsy 
turvy' and socio-economic norms 'could have gone hay way. May be computing savy 
friends 'enjoyed the chaos' that calendar bug created would NEVER had happened!

Pope Gregory must have tried to get up from his grave, attempting to resolve 
the calendar question. I am only trying to fix up some 'black holes' that I 
thought were needing attention - like bridging the *TIME and arc-angle gap* 
left delibrately or otherwise.

habeen contributing to such thoughts since almost 40 years! Again, Why and for
