Dear All,
Does anyone know the dimensions of the new iPad in millimetres?
I have heard from one source that it is 7.47 inches wide – and this
looks a lot like 190 mm to me (189.738 mm is the over-precise
conversion)!
I also heard from a different source that the iPad is 9.7 inches wide
– could this be 245 mm or even 250 mm? (9.7 in. converts to 246.380 mm)?
I am troubled also by the iPad thickness as I have heard several
values, and so I don't know which to choose.
Overall, I suppose that my question is: Is the iPad another metric
designed and metric made product that has been dumbed down by the
marketers for the public in the USA (with colateral anti-metrication
damage in the rest of the world!).
Cheers,
