EU Directive 2009/3/EC (of 2009 March 11, on units of measurement) states in Article 2:
"1. Member States shall adopt and publish no later than 31 December 2010, the laws, regulations and administrative provision necessary to comply with this Directive. They shall forthwith communicate to the Commission the text of these measures. They shall apply these measures from 1 January 2010." I have just spent several hours searching for these laws at EU Lex and at OIML with no success. Have any of you found some of these laws, or even one of them? (We have the new laws for Great Britain which continue to allow supplementary indications.) Gene.
