Ezra, The Directive 80/181 *excluded* "supplementary indications" (i.e. inch-pound units) after 2010 Jan 1.
The Directive of 2009 made inch-pound units acceptable beyond 2010 Jan 1. That required a *significant* change in the laws of the EU Member States called for not later than 2009 Dec 31. It is these *new laws* that I'm looking for.
