Dear All,
Those of you who like debate and discussion for and against the metric
system (and all of the many millions of older pre-metric collections
of measuring words) might be interested in the contributions after the
article at http://www.post-journal.com/page/content.detail/id/556189.html?nav=5006
Personally I have little time for such debates and discussions as I
firmly believe that metrication is inevitable everywhere in the world
and for all human purposes. I don't think that naive debate serves
much purpose toward the goal of full metrication.
Cheers,
Pat Naughtin
