Gene,

I support "SI first" where the numbers are actually relevant to the point of 
discussion.  I believe we need to consider an exception when the numbers are 
merely an example of "The Horrors of Imperial," and not promoting Imperial in a 
positive manner.

Also this policy will require lots of conversion which USMA and Pat both take a 
dim view of.  As an engineer, I feel we need to be ready to convert data in 
"wrong" units, so I don't necessarily object, but feel obligated, in a full 
disclosure sense, to point this out.

If you insist on writing non-SI expressions, please put them in quotes as Jin
