Downloading of HB 130 (2011 Edition, uncorrected) goes well for me.
See corrections in the Attachment below.

Downloading of HB 133 does not produce an edition beyond 2005. Why?
As you know, HB 133 contains tables of Maximum Allowable Variation.
I may have given outdated page numbers for MAV tables in HB 133 from my older
edition on paper delivered by the US Postal Service.
My apologies to those who are seeking details of the MAV procedures. EAM.

Regulations in the areas of Legal Metrology and Engine Fuel Quality”

Subject: Notice of Printing Error in the Uniform Engine Fuels and Automotive
Lubricants Regulation

Please be advised that there is a printing error on page 175 of Handbook 130 in
Section 2.1 Gasoline and Gasoline-Oxygenate Blends of the Engine Fuels and
Automotive Lubricants Regulation. When the National Conference on Weights and
Measures (NCWM) adopted revisions to Section 2.1 in 2009 it was the NCWM’s
intent to delete subsections 2.1.4 ASTM or other requirements and 2.1.5 Blends
of gasoline and ethanol and renumber subsections 2.1.6,2.1.7, 2.1.8, 2.1.9 and
2.10 accordingly.

Attached is a corrected version of the Engine Fuel Regulation in Microsoft Word
for your reference and use. We will revise Section 2.1 in the online version
of the Uniform Engine Fuels and Automotive Lubricants Regulation of the 2011
Edition of NIST Handbook 130 and correct the error in the next printed edition
of this handbook.

We apologize for any confusion that may have resulted from this error.

Sincerely,

Carol Hockert, Chief
