Thanks John. I did read the NIST Web Page (URL you cite below), but found the entry on HB 133 hard to believe as including the *latest* edition. Did I give the correct page numbers (from my printed copy of HB 133) for the MAV tables? Are the page numbers the same as those in the latest online copy?
