The 25th ed., CRC Standard Mathematical Tables, page 179, gives 1 radian as
59. 295 779 5131 degrees or 206 264.806 25 arcseconds.

From basic principles, using double precision math (162E3/atan(1)), I get
206 264.806 247 096 arcseconds.  The 15th digit may be in question.

Similarly in degrees (45/atan(1)), 1 radian is 57.295 779 513 0823 degrees

Is this value for Pi used anywhere in day-to-day life. Any reference avaialable.
Most enineering/standard reference books maintain and use the Radian value of
57* 17' 44".88 (57*.2958), which deviate by 0.08 from this value.
