The 2011 Editions of NIST Handbooks 44, 130, and 133 are all three to be available for distribution in about a week or less. These Editions were approved by the NCWM in 2010. They are co-sponsored by NIST. My plan is to extract the *most essential* SI-only provisions of these Handbooks, and to aggressively encourage there *separate* publication, independent of all the entanglements with the "other units" of measurement which are outside the SI.
