My apologies if this has been posted before. This book was "reviewed" in the 8
October 2011 issue of The Economist. I use scare quotes because it was really
just a synopsis of the content of the book, with no opinion of the book
offered. There are no reviews of it on Amazon as of this morning.
Is anyone on this list familiar with it. Any opinions of it?
