HB 1938 Relating to measurement standards is now being considered for petroleum products, in which "The *current* standards as published by the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) and the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE)" are to be adopted. Meanwhile HB 36 RELATING TO THE METRIC SYSTEM seems to be stalled in december although carried over to regular session 2014.
